How to use
– Start by taking 4 capsules a day. You can reduce this to two capsules a day once your skin starts to improve. You can take them all together but it’s best to spread them out. Always take Skin Accumax with a meal.
– We advise taking it for a minimum of 14 weeks and you can safely take it for longer. You can discontinue once you’re happy with the results you’ve achieved.
– If you forget to take Skin Accumax at any point in the day just continue taking the recommended daily dose as normal, there is no need to compensate for missed pills. It is okay to take all the capsules in the evening if you forget in the morning.
– The Recommended Daily Dose (RDA) reflects the minimum levels of nutrients required to stay healthy. The Upper Safety Limits are much higher than the doses in Skin Accumax. It is recommended taking a multivitamin as long as it doesn’t exceed these levels listed below when combined with Skin Accumax – Vitamin E 300mg, Vitamin C 1000mg and Vitamin A 3000 mg.
